All lessons are held at our Southwick Village Studio in Hampshire.
During the course, you'll learn:
- Core designs for basic floristry, including hand-tied bouquets and arrangements
- Simple funeral tributes and basic wedding work
- The fundamentals of color theory
- How to prepare and condition your flowers
- How to cost and take orders, and much more
Practical designs will include:
- Hand-tied gift wrap bouquet
- Basket arrangement
- Traditional table arrangement
- Corsage and wrist corsage
- Flower crown
- Foam-free funeral tributes
- Based funeral tribute
- Various table decorations
All flowers and tuition are included in the course fees. To secure your spot, we require a £100 deposit, with the remaining balance split into three payments over the course duration.
**Course Details:**
- **Evening Classes:** Run from 6 PM to 9 PM
- **Daytime Classes:** Run from 10 AM to 4 PM
We’ll provide light refreshments, but if you're attending a day course, we suggest bringing a packed lunch—although we do have a lovely local café nearby. If you're attending during the winter months, please note that while our welcome is warm, the studio can be a bit chilly, so do wrap up!
Please note, while this is not a City and Guilds course, you will receive a Lily and Bee Floristry certificate upon completion.
